JHQ constant current soft starter is the product that firstly developed by our factory and always takes a leading place in the same field in China through years of improvement. Its built-in multiple relay interface make it easy for users to realize functions such as linkage, interlock, remote control and all-in-one etc, especially suitable for the starting operation of fire pumps and fans. Its constant current starting property relieves users from worrying about the current increasing caused by over-heavy loading when starting, accually, it can always the load current within the set value in any condition (including loss of phase and lock of speed).
When using JHQ constant current soft starter, users don't need to connect AC contactors in series or in parallel in the main circuit, or install protection devices such as phase-loss, thermal relay and melting. The machine supplies reliable electronic intelligent protection for your motor no matter what happens, such as loss of phase of the power supply, phase failure of the machine winding and phase failure on starting and running. Its inverse time limit overload protection makes the motor well protected in any overload conditions. It can also be equipped with power-saving operation function so that the working parameter can be adjusted automatically on light loading or idling if required.

Power-saving running: stepless adjustment of output voltage 300～350V on heavy loading or light loading.

Actuation time for starting zero phase protection:≤ 0.5 秒
Actuation time for running zero phase protection:≤ 1 second
Overload protection: with inverse time limit property, overload protection limit is 1.25le, flow limit is set as 2.2Ie～4.2Ie
according to the loading condition, and the load current is automatically limited within the set value in any condition.
Overheat protection: 50mm from the silicon controlled, radiator temperature≤ 85 ?(above 30Kw)
Environment temperature: -10～40 ? (special requirement is accepted)
